System admin overview

System administrators have complete access to all data and settings within the Comind installation, providing the highest level of administrative control.

System admin capabilities

As a system administrator, you can:

User management

  • Invite new users - add users to the system and assign appropriate permissions
  • Manage permissions - control access levels and capabilities for all users
  • User administration - modify user accounts, reset passwords, and manage user status

Workspace administration

  • Create workspaces - establish new workspaces for different teams or projects
  • Workspace configuration - set up workspace settings and organizational structure
  • Cross-workspace management - oversee all workspaces within the system

System-wide settings

  • Global configuration - manage system-wide settings and defaults
  • Security settings - configure authentication, SSO, and access controls
  • System monitoring - oversee system performance and usage

Administrative hierarchy

System administrators operate at the highest level of the Comind administrative hierarchy:

  • Full system access - complete visibility and control over all data and settings
  • User provisioning - responsible for onboarding new users and managing their access
