How to paste images​

Add images to any content field using:

  • right-click and select "Paste"
  • keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (Mac)
  • direct paste from clipboard after copying or taking screenshots

Use cases​

Image pasting is particularly useful for:

  • documenting visual issues or software bugs
  • adding screenshots for step-by-step instructions
  • including diagrams or charts in record content
  • capturing error messages or system states

Image management​

Once pasted, images become part of the record content and you can:

  • Resize - adjust image dimensions to fit your layout
  • Crop - trim unnecessary portions of the image
  • Reposition - move images within the content area
  • Replace - paste new images to update existing ones

Images are automatically stored within your workspace and maintain their quality for future viewing.
