# User profile

Your **user profile** contains personal settings and preferences that apply across all workspaces in Comind.work.

* **Name and avatar**: update your display name and upload a profile picture
* **Contact details**: manage your email and other contact information

## Localization preferences[​](#localization-preferences "Direct link to Localization preferences")

* **Language**: choose your preferred interface language
* **Date and time format**: automatically adjusts based on your selected language
* **Time zone**: automatically adjusts when traveling to different locations

* **Save personal lists**: create and manage private lists for quick access to filtered data
* **Custom preferences**: store your individual settings and shortcuts
