# Personalization

Comind.work lets you customize your experience - from the interface language and color theme to which lists you see and how data is displayed.

## Saved lists (views)[](#saved-lists-views "Direct link to Saved lists (views)")

Save your preferred filters, column selection, and sort order as a named list view for quick access.

### Saving a list[](#saving-a-list "Direct link to Saving a list")

1. Configure the list the way you want (filters, columns, sorting)
2. Click **Save as** in the list toolbar
3. Give the list a name
4. Choose whether to make it **private** (visible only to you) or **shared** (visible to all workspace members)

### Managing saved lists[](#managing-saved-lists "Direct link to Managing saved lists")

* **Rename** - edit the list name from the list menu
* **Duplicate** - create a copy with "Save As" to use as a starting point
* **Delete** - remove custom lists you no longer need (requires permissions)
* **Organize** - admins can arrange lists into folders (see [Workspace configuration](/admin-guide/workspace-admin/workspace-configuration.md))

### List tree[](#list-tree "Direct link to List tree")

Saved lists appear in the sidebar drawer as a hierarchical tree. The tree shows:

* **Folder structure** - collapsible folders that remember their expand/collapse state across sessions
* **Record counts** - total and unread counts displayed next to each list (formatted as 1K+, 1M+ for large numbers)
* **Unread indicators** - tooltips show the breakdown of total vs unread records
* **User avatars** - lists filtered by a user field show the user's avatar
* **Quick filter** - filter the list tree by name using the search in the breadcrumb dropdown

### Facets in saved lists[](#facets-in-saved-lists "Direct link to Facets in saved lists")

When you save a list, any active facet filters are saved as part of the list configuration. This lets you create focused views like "My open tasks" or "High-priority tickets this month."

## Language[](#language "Direct link to Language")

Change the interface language:

1. Open the language selector dialog from your profile menu
2. Select your preferred language
3. The page reloads with the new locale

Supported languages include English, Ukrainian, Russian, Chinese, German, French, and Spanish.

Date formatting, number formatting, and other locale-specific settings adjust automatically based on your language selection.

## Theme[](#theme "Direct link to Theme")

Switch between light and dark mode:

1. Open your profile menu
2. Toggle the **Dark theme** switch

The platform also supports **system color scheme detection** - it can automatically match your operating system's light/dark preference.

Dark theme applies across all components including the grid, pivot tables, and calendar views.

## Profile and account settings[](#profile-and-account-settings "Direct link to Profile and account settings")

Access your account settings from the profile link in the top-right corner. For a full overview of profile options, see [user profile](/user-guide/common-features/user-profile.md).

* **Avatar** - displayed consistently across both themes, in round format
* **Account profile** - update your display name and contact information

### Login as (delegation)[](#login-as-delegation "Direct link to Login as (delegation)")

Administrators can use the **Login As** feature to view the system as another user. This is useful for troubleshooting permission issues.

### Multi-tab sessions[](#multi-tab-sessions "Direct link to Multi-tab sessions")

Comind.work keeps sessions synchronized across multiple browser tabs. If your session expires, you will see a re-login prompt with an option to open the login page in a new tab.

Timezone is configured separately from the language setting. Your timezone affects how dates and times are displayed across the platform.
