View app record

App records display in a structured form layout that organizes information into clear, functional sections.

Record structure​

Each app record contains the following components:

Action section​

Access available actions for modifying the record based on your permissions.

View the workspace name, app name, and parent record with assigned tags for context.

Field sections​

Record fields are organized into sections with customizable column layouts (one to six columns per section).

Tabbed sections​

Additional tabs provide supplementary information including:

  • related records from other apps
  • less frequently used or edited fields
  • contextual data specific to the record type

Access indicators​

The top-right corner shows:

  • number of people with access to the record
  • profile images of recent viewers

Record tools​

Available tools include:

  • Tagging - add labels for organization and filtering
  • Attachments - link files and documents to the record
  • View sizing - adjust the record display size for better readability

History tracking​

The History section displays:

  • record creation details
  • recent modifications and contributors
  • specific changes made to each field
